the Artist.
The goal is a transparent partnership: you decide what is licensed, while Kirari Connect manages the operational burden of bringing approved merchandise overseas.
Your Existing Art Stays Yours
When licensing your existing work, you keep ownership of the artwork. Kirari Connect receives only the usage rights agreed in that license. New commissions will be covered by separate written terms.
You Stay Informed
We will discuss what is made, where it is sold, and how your artwork is used. Products and production quality will be reviewed with you for approval before sales begin.
You Receive Agreed Compensation
Artists do not pay Kirari Connect to collaborate. We will cover agreed production and operating costs. Royalties and any commission fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Start with a Conversation
We discuss mutual interests, your goals, questions, and what kinds of merchandise you might want to explore.

Agree on the Terms
Before production, we agree in writing on the artwork, permitted uses and markets, approval process, compensation, royalties, and reporting.

Develop and Review
Kirari Connect will coordinate and fund agreed production of merchandise. We will share proposed product designs and samples for your approval before selling them or using your work in advertising.

Reach Fans and Keep You Informed
We will sell online, promote approved work through social channels, and apply to suitable events. We will report sales and pay royalties quarterly at first, with exact terms in each contract.
Products and Quality
Product formats may vary by artist and artwork. You can suggest goods you would like to see, if you wish. The selection, samples, quality expectations, and approvals will be worked out together before sales begin.
Events and Online Sales
We plan to attend events of different sizes and will share which events we will apply for, their dates, and acceptance updates with participating artists. Acceptance is never guaranteed. An unsuccessful application will not change agreed royalty terms. We will continue online sales and marketing, with royalties calculated on qualifying sales under each contract.
